Lately, there has been one if not several stores impersonating our storename, please make sure that when you reach out to us, that you bought from INTROVERTPALACE.COM (our official link) and not some other sites. You can find out if you bought from us or not in your invoice or order receipt, the URL of the store. Or try to remember or take a picture of the item and store page when you bought it so we can also look at it too. Thank you.
Otherwise, you won't receive a reply. Instead, please dispute the charges with your bank.
