1) For presales questions: Use Presale Question as your subject line.
We will answer any questions you have and if there's a custom order you want, just let us know.
2) For shipping, tracking or update questions: Use Order Update as your subject line.

3) For Return/Exchange: Use Return or Exchange Inquiry as subject line
At Introvert Palace, we believe that everyone can express themselves in ways they are meant to. If your product was received with any defects or unsatisfied with the product, do send us a message within 14 days window with proof and Introvert Palace is happy to send you an exchange product.
